Points of Risk:

• If you are a tenant does your lease require you to have specific insurances in place? Such as Public Liability, Plate Glass or cover for the property owners air conditioning systems.

• Do you regularly take business property out of your premises to job sites? If so then a Portable Property cover is recommended to cover your equipment.

• Do you have an on site computer server or telephone system? These delicate items can be damaged by power surge or breakdown and can be covered under an Electronic Breakdown cover.
