Public and Products Liability are very important products and can give you peace of mind that larger claims made against you by third parties won’t destroy you or your business. We take great care to assess your business’s exposures and to ensure that you have appropriate covers in place.

Points of Risk:

• If you are required to sign a contract it may have insurance requirements your insurer should be made aware of before you sign.

• Pay particular attention to the endorsements and/or exclusions on your policy schedule as these can void your cover and leave you without any protection.

• Do you import goods directly from overseas? If so you can be deemed to be the manufacturer of those goods under Australian Consumer Laws. It’s important to make sure your insurer is aware of all imports and exports.
