Residential strata insurance or body corporate cover is a combined property and liability policy designed to protect the common property of body corporates. We have access to a range of body corporate insurers for both Residential and Commercial body corporate complexes as well as mixed occupancies.

Points of Risk:

• Did you know Strata or Body Corporate insurance has auxiliary covers to include loss of rent, workers compensation and management liability for the members of the strata or body corporate council?

• If your strata or body corporate complex contains extensive air conditioning plant and/or lifts it is important to ensure these are covered under the machinery breakdown section as claims from a breakdown of this equipment can be extensive.
