Points of Risk:

• Did you know that Workers Compensation legislation differs in every Australian State and Territory? If you have workers domiciled in more than one location you may require different policies.

• Did you know that under certain circumstances subcontractors can be considered workers and may have an avenue to claim against you for their injuries? It’s important to discuss your subcontractors with your insurer to ensure that they are covered if required.

• In some states Working Directors can “opt out” of insurance if they do not want to be insured.
